Coalition loyalty for independent business

Points earned at one local shop
are worth something at the next one.

Axis-Points is loyalty software for small and mid-sized businesses. A shop runs its own rewards program on our platform, then partners with other nearby shops so a customer’s points travel between them. We build and host the software. The businesses keep their customers.

What Axis-Points sells

Axis-Points LLC sells a monthly software subscription to businesses. That is the entire commercial relationship, and it is the only thing anyone is ever charged for.

We charge businesses

Participating businesses pay a setup fee and a recurring monthly subscription for access to the platform — the loyalty ledger, the merchant dashboard, reward configuration, cross-promotion tools, and customer messaging. Billing runs by ACH mandate through our payment processor. See full pricing.

We never charge consumers

Consumers download nothing and pay nothing. Joining a rewards program, earning points, and redeeming them are free. Axis-Points is not a party to any purchase between a customer and a shop — those payments happen at the shop, exactly as they always did.

We sell no physical goods

Axis-Points ships nothing. There is no inventory, no fulfilment, and no delivery. Physical goods sold by participating businesses are sold by those businesses under their own return policies. Read the return policy.

How it works

  1. Step one

A business joins its local market

Every business belongs to one geographic market. We derive each market’s center and coverage radius from real published geography, so a shop is assigned by where it actually is rather than by a hand-drawn territory.

  2. Step two

The business sets its own rewards

Customers earn 3 points per dollar spent. The business decides what those points buy — a fixed dollar amount off, a percentage off, or a free item — and sets its own minimum purchase and any cap. Every promotion runs inside a start and end date the business chooses.

  3. Step three

Two businesses agree to honor each other

Any two participating businesses can form a cross-promotion, and both sides have to approve it before it goes live. While it runs, points a customer earned at one are redeemable at the other. No money moves between the businesses, and Axis-Points never calculates a debt between them.

  4. Step four

    Customers find shops nearby

If a customer turns on location, the app tells them when they are near a participating shop where their points are good. Location is optional, it is never shared with any business, and everything else works without it.
