Subscription plans
Every plan includes the loyalty ledger, the merchant dashboard, reward configuration, cross-promotion tools, and customer messaging. The monthly rate on Packages 1 and 2 depends on how many participating businesses are already active in your market — a thinner market costs less because the network is worth less to you.

The three monthly figures on Packages 1 and 2 correspond to your market’s size: under 10 participating businesses, 10 to 24, and 25 or more.
Other charges
- Late fee — $10
- A single flat fee applied once if an invoice is still unpaid six days after it was due. It is not compounded and not charged again on the same invoice.
- Upgrade from Package 2 to Package 1 — $999
- A one-time fee. Your monthly rate changes to the Package 1 rate for your market at the same time.
- Reactivation after cancellation
- Any unpaid balance, plus three months of your current monthly rate, charged up front. See the cancellation policy.
- Additional locations
- Billed monthly per location beyond your first, at the rate in the table above. A market booth attached to a Package 1 or 2 account is included at no charge.
There are no other fees. We do not charge per customer, per point, per message, or per transaction, and we do not take a percentage of anything a business sells.
How billing works
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance by ACH debit through our payment processor, under a mandate you authorize when you sign up. You receive an itemized statement for every billing period showing each location and each charge.
Taxes are additional where applicable. Prices may change on 30 days’ written notice, effective at your next renewal — never mid-term.
