Cancellation policy

How to cancel, what notice applies, and how to pause instead of leaving.

Last updated August 21, 2026

How to cancel

Cancel in the merchant dashboard under Account → Cancel subscription, or email billing@axis-points.com from your account address. Cancelling takes the same number of steps as signing up, and we will not route you through a retention call to do it.

We confirm every cancellation in writing. If you do not get a confirmation within one business day, assume it did not go through and contact us.

Notice and effective date

Package 2 and Package 3 — cancel any time
Your cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep full access until then and are not billed again. There is no cancellation fee.
Package 1 — six-month commitment
Package 1 carries a lower monthly rate in exchange for a six-month minimum term, because the setup cost is front-loaded. You may cancel at any point after month six, effective at the end of your current billing period. During the first six months the subscription cannot be cancelled early; you may pause it instead (below), or move to Package 2 by contacting us. This commitment is disclosed at signup and again on your first invoice.
Changing your mind
You can reverse a cancellation at any point before its effective date, in the dashboard or by email, and nothing changes about your account.

Pausing instead — hibernation

If you are seasonal, renovating, or simply having a quiet stretch, you can pause rather than cancel. Package 1 and Package 2 accounts may hibernate once in any rolling twelve months.

Cancellation by Axis-Points

We may cancel an account for non-payment, for breach of the terms of service, for suspected fraud or illegal activity, or where the law requires it.

For non-payment, the sequence is fixed and disclosed in advance: a $10 late fee at day six, the account pauses at day fifteen, and the account is closed at day forty-five if the balance is still unpaid. Three separate payment defaults inside a rolling twelve months also close the account. We notify you at each step, and paying the balance stops the sequence at any point before closure.

After a reactivation, accounts sit on a probation period during which a failed payment pauses the account immediately and closes it after 31 days if unresolved. Probation ends automatically after twelve consecutive months of clean payments.

We may also discontinue the service entirely on 60 days’ notice, in which case we refund any unused prepaid fees on a prorated basis.
