Axis-Points LLC
Return policy
Axis-Points sells no physical goods. Here is what that means, and who to talk to about a purchase at a shop.

Axis-Points does not sell physical goods
Axis-Points LLC sells one thing: a monthly software subscription that businesses use to run loyalty programs. There is no physical product, no shipment, no inventory, and no delivery. No return policy applies to anything Axis-Points sells, because there is nothing to return.
If you are looking for money back on a subscription charge, that is a refund rather than a return — see the refund and dispute policy.
Goods you bought at a participating shop
Participating businesses sell their own goods and services in their own stores. Axis-Points is not the seller, does not take payment for those purchases, does not hold inventory, and is not a party to the sale.
Returns, exchanges, and warranties on anything you bought at a shop are handled by that shop, under that shop’s own return policy. Contact the business directly.
What happens to points on a returned purchase
- Points earned on a purchase that is later refunded, voided, or charged back may be reversed, since the purchase that earned them did not stand.
- Points redeemed against a purchase you then return are handled by the shop. Most restore the points and refund the discounted amount actually paid. The shop decides, and we will help sort out the ledger if you ask.
- If a shop will not resolve a points question, email support@axis-points.com. We can see the point history and will do what we can, though we cannot compel a business to give a refund.
A shop refused to honor a reward
If a participating business would not honor a reward you had validly earned, tell us at abuse@axis-points.com with the shop name, the date, and the reward. Businesses agree to honor their own promotions as a condition of using the platform, and we follow up on reports. See the promotion terms.
